Mr. Alex Hay - U.S.A. based international attorney with offices in the U.S.A., and Belize. Mr. Hay earned his undergraduate degree at Harvard University, received a Fulbright Scholarship, and then his Doctorate in Law at the University of Houston Law School. His specialty is tax planning, asset protection, and international business transactions. Mr. Hay is also a certified trainer for the European Tax Institute. Sr. Ronald Ramirez – Manager of Legal and Tax Departments for Deloitte & Touche - Costa Rica. Mr. Ramirez has 15 years experience dealing in the tax and legal issues arena in Costa Rica. Rex Freeman is an experienced and qualified 'ex-pat' international financial and business consultant. Having graduated with a degree in international business (corporate finance and marketing), Rex has over 25 years of extensive experience in business, finance and international affairs on many levels. He spent several years as an Area Market Manager for Europe and Africa with a large multinational manufacturer in Chicago in the early 80's. He later became an accomplished consultant in the corporate mergers and acquisition business and along the way became a licensed financial advisor and mortgage banker which led him into the financial arena and he became a licensed insurance producer and financial planner. . Rex has since broken away from the traditional mold to make one of his own.
As a post graduate student of the law at Denver University and frequent paralegal working at the Colorado Supreme Court he founded and directed the American Law Club in the states, which was a grass roots citizens' legal self defense educational organization catering to everyday citizens in their fight against injustice and systemic abuses which then led to a nationally syndicated radio show which also went worldwide on shortwave.
Currently, Rex is founder and director of Interglobal Finance, S.A. and the Venture Resource Group Business Club among other active organizations. He is a certified financial advisor with Kerford Investments International and has recently served on the board of directors of the Bolsa de Commercio (Bolcomer) commodities exchange in Costa Rica while specializing in foreign currency exchange trading, international corporate business management and he provides investment advisory consulting services.
